1. Jewellery Purchases
1.1 All Sales Are Final
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on:
Earrings or body jewellery
Opened or worn jewellery
Custom or special-order items
This policy applies even if the jewellery has not been worn, once it has left the store.
1.2 Manufacturing Defects
If an item has a verified manufacturing defect, we will inspect it and offer:
Repair, or
Replacement with the same item, if available
This does not include damage caused by misuse, chemicals, bending, improper storage, or normal wear.
1.3 Authenticity Guarantee
All jewellery materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones) are genuine as stated. Certificates are provided for items that require them. This does not serve as grounds for refund—only as proof of authenticity.
2. Piercing Services
2.1 No Refunds on Services
Piercing service fees are non-refundable.
This includes situations where a client changes their mind, does not like the placement, or experiences healing issues.
2.2 Healing & Aftercare
Healing results vary per individual.
We are not responsible for infections, irritation, migration, or complications resulting from improper aftercare or lifestyle factors.
No refunds or compensation are provided for healing outcomes.
3. Appointment Deposits
3.1 Non-Refundable Deposits
Any deposit paid for appointments or reserved time slots is non-refundable.
This includes late cancellations or no-show bookings.
3.2 Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed within the permitted timeframe (store policy window may be added).
Missed appointments without notice forfeit the deposit.
4. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only allow exchange in the rare case of:
A proven manufacturing defect
Provided the jewellery is in original, unused condition
And it is returned immediately after purchase for evaluation
Hygiene items such as earrings or piercing jewellery cannot be exchanged.
5. Sale Items
Items sold during promotions or at a discounted price are final sale.
No refunds or exchanges.
