1. General Information
Alaa Aref Luxury Piercing (“the Store/Clinic”, “we”, “our”) provides luxury jewellery sales and professional piercing services in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. By purchasing jewellery or booking a piercing appointment, the customer (“you”, “client”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Jewellery Products
2.1 Authenticity
All jewellery sold is real gold/diamond gemstones/medical-grade materials as specified.
2.2 Pricing & Availability
Prices may change without prior notice.
Stock is subject to availability.
2.3 Refunds & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery purchases are final.
No exchanges or refunds on worn or opened jewellery.
Manufacturing defects may be evaluated for repair or replacement at our discretion.
3. Piercing Services
3.1 Health & Safety
We follow strict sterilisation, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin allergies, keloid history, or medications that may affect piercing healing.
3.2 Aftercare Responsibility
Aftercare instructions will be provided verbally and/or in writing.
Once the piercing is performed, the client is fully responsible for following proper aftercare.
We are not liable for infections, reactions, or complications resulting from improper care or failure to follow instructions.
3.3 Risks & Consent
Piercing involves minimal but possible risks such as swelling, redness, infection, migration, or scarring.
By proceeding, the client acknowledges these risks and gives informed consent.
3.3 Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
The client appears unwell, intoxicated, or unable to consent.
The chosen piercing is not anatomically suitable.
There is a medical concern that may compromise healing.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
4.1 Booking
Appointments may be required for certain piercings or procedures.
A deposit may be requested to secure your slot.
4.2 Rescheduling & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Rescheduling is allowed within the policy timeframe (store’s internal rule can be added).
5. Liability
By receiving a service, the client releases Alaa Aref Luxury Piercing, its piercers, and staff from liability associated with:
Healing complications
Allergic reactions
Improper aftercare
Use of non-recommended products
We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal items brought into the store.
6. Photography & Media
With consent, we may photograph piercings or jewellery for educational or promotional use.
Clients may decline photo permission at any time.
7. Warranty
Piercing services have no healing guarantee, as healing depends entirely on individual lifestyle, skin condition, and adherence to aftercare.
Jewellery is warranted only for manufacturing defects—not misuse, bending, improper handling, or tarnish caused by chemicals.
8. Privacy Policy
Client information (name, phone number, piercing forms, records) is kept confidential and will not be shared except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be handled under local jurisdiction.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing jewellery, scheduling an appointment, or receiving a piercing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
